Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    Original condition and packaging, by a tracked method.

    Get your refund
    Within 7 business days after we receive and approve it. Shipping costs not included.

    Prefer an exchange?
    Place a new order for the size or colour you prefer, return the original within 14 days, and we refund the first purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale or discounted items, unless faulty

Return shipping

You cover return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please use a tracked service — parcels lost in transit can't be refunded.

Damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We'll offer a replacement, repair or refund.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in texture or colour are normal and part of its character.
