Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

At Autumn & Wool, every item is handmade or hand-finished with care. We want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it.
If something isn’t quite right, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
You may return unworn, unused items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To start a return, email us at autumnandwool@gmail.com
with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Once the return is approved and the product received, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
As each garment is handmade, small variations in texture or color are normal and part of its character.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their nature, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom or made-to-order items
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please use a tracked shipping method, as we can’t refund items lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund.
