What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. In some regions, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna may also be available. Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Handmade or made-to-order knitwear may require up to 5 business days before dispatch.

What are your shipping times?

  • Europe: 2–4 business days (standard), 1–2 days (express)

  • UK & Ireland: 3–5 business days

  • Worldwide: 5–10 business days
    We offer free standard shipping on orders over €150.

Do I have to pay customs or taxes?

For EU customers, VAT is included. Customers outside the EU may need to pay customs or import duties depending on their local regulations.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Simply place a new order for the size or colour you prefer and return the original item. We will refund the initial purchase once the returned item is received.

How should I care for my knitwear?

  • Hand-wash in cold water with a wool-safe detergent

  • Do not tumble dry; lay flat to dry

  • Store folded, not hung

  • Use breathable storage bags with cedar or lavender to deter moths

What materials do you use?

We use natural, biodegradable fibres such as merino wool, lambswool, mohair blends, and cashmere blends. All yarns are responsibly sourced.

Are your products sustainable?

Yes. Autumn & Wool follows a slow-fashion approach: timeless designs, natural fibres, low-waste production, and recyclable packaging with a minimal black-and-gold aesthetic.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you prefer a relaxed or layered fit, consider sizing up. If you need help, you can message us on Instagram or email us for personalised guidance.

Do you offer custom sizing?

Not at the moment, but many of our garments are designed with relaxed silhouettes that suit a range of body types.
